摘 要:为解决核能发展所带来的含铀废水问题,以皮革鞣制剂单宁为主要原料,利用曼尼希反应将杨梅单宁交联固化在三聚氰胺上形成不溶于水的三聚氰胺固化单宁微球(MA-T);通过批量吸附实验探讨了MA-T微球对铀酰离子的吸附性能,并对其吸附热力学和动力学模型进行拟合研究,结合SEM、FT-IR、粒度分析和比表面积分析其吸附机理。结果表明,在pH值5.8、投料量0.01 g、吸附时间480 min、初始浓度200 mg/L的条件下,微球吸附容量可达401 mg/g。MA-T微球对铀酰离子的吸附机理为微球表面-OH等活性基团与铀酰离子的配位。In order to solve the problem of uranium containing wastewater caused by the development of nuclear energy,the myricetin tannin used in leather tanning was adopted as the main raw material,and was cross-linked with melamine by the Mannich reaction to form water-insoluble melamine cured tannin microspheres(MA-T)in this paper.The uranium adsorption properties of MA-T microspheres were investigated by batch adsorption experiments,and the adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics were disclosed.The adsorption mechanism was analyzed by SEM,FT-IR,particle size analysis and specific surface area analysis.The results showed that under the conditions of pH 5.8,dosage 0.01g,adsorption time 480 min and initial concentration 200 mg/L,the adsorption capacity of microspheres could reach 401 mg/g.The mechanism of adsorption of uranyl ions by MA-T microspheres is the coordination of the active site including-OH on the surface of the microspheres with uranium.
