摘  要:为提高油茶果脱壳后籽壳混合物的清选效率,基于油茶果壳与籽在尺寸、摩擦系数上的差异,设计了一种集滚筒筛式粗选和皮带传送式精选为一体的清选装置。对该装置的关键参数进行理论分析后得出,传送带的倾斜角度范围为22~35°,皮带速度调节范围为0.5~1.5 m/s,滚筒筛转速小于38.6 r/min。利用三维软件进行建模,通过离散元仿真验证该装置设计方案的可行性,并对其仿真结果进行数据分析,以清选效率为评价指标,得出最优工艺参数:滚筒转速20 r/min,传送带速度0.5 m/s,传送带倾角25°。In order to improve the cleaning rate of the seed-shell mixture after dehulling Camellia oleifera,a cleaning device integrating drum screen rough selection and belt conveyor selection was designed based on the differences in size and friction coefficient between Camellia oleifera shells and seeds.After theoretical analysis of the key parameters of the device,it is found that the inclination angle range of the conveyor belt is 22-35°,the belt speed adjustment range is 0.5-1.5 m/s,and the drum screen speed is less than 38.6 r/min.Using 3D software for modeling,the feasibility of the device is verified through discrete element simulation,and the simulation results are analyzed with data.The cleaning rate is used as the evaluation index to obtain the optimal process parameters:drum speed of 20 r/min,conveyor belt speed of 0.5 m/s,and conveyor belt inclination angle of 25°.
