摘  要:为实现钵体苗成型过程中物料的精准输送,设计了一种两级定量供料装置。对装置关键部件送料机构和定量供料机构进行运动学与动力学分析,以确定其结构参数与作业参数。以供料精准性和供料稳定性为评价指标,搭建试验台进行了供料性能试验。结果表明,当供料盒推出速度为15mm/s、料槽倾角为4°、下挡板推出速度为30 mm/s时,接料模具中物料实际值与理论值的相对误差平均值为4.33%,供料稳定性变异系数为1.59%,可满足作业要求。To achieve precise delivery of materials during the pot seedling forming process,a two-stage quantitative feeding device was designed.The kinematic and dynamic analysis of its key components,including the feeding mechanism and the quantitative feeding mechanism,was conducted to determine the structural parameters and operating parameters.A test bench was set up to evaluate the feeding performance based on the criteria of feeding accuracy and feeding stability.The results show that the average relative error between the actual and theoretical value of the material in the feeding die is 4.33%and the variation coefficient of feeding stability is 1.59%when the box pushing speed is 15mm/s,the groove Angle is 4°and the lower baffle pushing speed is 30mm/s.It satisfies the operation requirement.
