摘　　要：湖南省“三高四新”战略的实施和“一中心两基地三示范片”建设的开展,为全省农机制造企业的发展和转型提供了契机。以农机产业发展“十四五”规划为指南,以益阳市为例,通过深入调研农机制造企业的发展规模、生产销售、融资渠道、人员构成、技术创新等情况,系统分析了企业发展面临的困难和存在的问题,同时从产业链发展与布局、特色农业生产机械化、农机制造业转型升级等角度提出了具体的对应策略,以期为南方地区农机制造业的发展提供借鉴。The"Three Highs and Four News"strategy and the"One Center,Two Bases,Three Demonstration Areas"project in Hunan Province has created opportunities for agricultural machinery companies to grow and transform.Guided by the"14th Five-Year"development plan for the agricultural machinery sector,this study looks at Yiyang City.It examines the size of companies,industry chains,financing,quality talent,and innovation in agricultural machinery manufacturing.The study identifies the challenges and issues these companies face.It then suggests strategies for industry chain development,mechanization in specialized agriculture,and upgrading the agricultural machinery sector.These recommendations aim to help the southern region's agricultural machinery industry develop further.
