摘 要:农田水利工程是保障农业生产的重要基础设施,在抗旱防涝、提升灌溉效率、保证农业增产增收等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。针对我国当前农田水利建设与管理过程中存在的资金匮乏、技术脱节、管理滞后、公众参与度不高等问题,提出了拓宽筹资渠道、强化施工监管、应用先进技术、完善管理机制等应对策略,以全面提升农田水利工程的建设与管理水平,为农业可持续发展提供强有力的支撑。The farmland water conservancy project is an important infrastructure to ensure agricultural production.It plays an important role in fighting drought and waterlogging,improving irrigation efficiency,and promoting production increase and income.The existing problems in the construction and management of farmland water conservancy in China are studied,such as lack of construction funds,lagging technology and management means,and low public participation.It also puts forward some countermeasures,such as broadening financing channels,strengthening construction supervision,applying advanced technology,and perfecting management mechanisms.This study is expected to comprehensively improve the construction and management level of farmland water conservancy projects and provide strong support for sustainable agricultural development.
