新一轮退耕还林工程生态效益价值评估研究——以云南鲁甸县为例

摘　　要：基于鲁甸县新一轮退耕还林各年度县级自检自查和省级验收成果的数据,采用频度分析法、理论分析法和专家咨询法,依据《森林生态服务功能评估规范》(GT/T38582-2020),确定建立鲁甸县新一轮的退耕还林生态效益评估指标体系,并参照相关价格参数,科学评估了云南鲁甸县新一轮退耕还林工程对促进当地生态效益的贡献程度.Based on the results of county-level self-inspection and provincial-level acceptance of the new round of conversion of cropland to forests in Ludian County,the frequency analysis method,theoretical analysis method and expert consultation method were adopted in this paper.Based on the standard for assessment of functions of forest ecological services(GT T38582-2020),a new evaluation index system for the ecological benefits of returning farmland to forests in Ludian County was established,with reference to relevant price parameters,a scientific assessment of the contribution of a new round of land conversion projects in Ludian County,Yunnan province,to local ecological benefits was conducted.
