摘  要:松材线虫病又被称为“松树的癌症”,松木一旦感染,将迅速枯死,最终导致整片松林毁于一旦,对松木资源和生态环境的保护构成了严重威胁。该病防治难度很大,目前尚无良好的防治方法。快速发现并确定松材线虫病情有利于各地林业局及时有效地确定疫区,迅速开展一系列防治措施,以防止因发现过晚而造成的不可挽回态势。本实验研究所建立的巢式PCR检测体系,有着特异性强、准确率高、灵敏度高和成本低等特点,可以在发病早期检测出松材线虫的存在,更早地对感病松树进行处理,值得进行推广。Pine wilt disease are also known as the“cancer of pine trees”,will cause the death of the whole pine forest once the pine trees are infected,causing serious damage to the pine resources and ecological environment.The control of this disease is very difficult and there is no good control method at present.The rapid detection and determination of this disease is beneficial to the local forestry bureaus in determining the epidemic area in a timely and effective manner,and quickly implementing a series of prevention and control measures to prevent the irreversible situation caused by late detection.The two detection systems of nested PCR and qPCR established in this study had the characteristics of strong specificity,high accuracy,high sensitivity and low cost,which can detect the existence of pine wood nematodes in the early stage of disease and treat infected pine trees earlier,which is worthy of promotion.
