摘 要:有害生物检疫鉴定标准是对有害生物进行检疫鉴定的重要依据,建立健全进境植物检疫性有害生物检疫鉴定标准体系是保障我国国门生物安全的重要措施,是实施植物检疫的基础。植物病原细菌作为植物有害生物的重要成员,严重威胁着我国农业生产安全,本文系统梳理了我国现行有效的进境植物检疫性细菌检疫鉴定相关标准,探讨了我国检疫性细菌检疫鉴定技术标准化现状及存在的问题,并提出了相关建议,以期为进一步开展检疫性细菌检疫鉴定标准化工作提供参考。The identification standards for quarantine pest is an important basis for pest quarantine identification. Establishing and perfecting the identification standard system for import plant quarantine pests is an important measure to ensure national biosecurity and the basis of implementing plant quarantine. Plant pathogenic bacteria,as important members of plant pests,is a serious threat to agricultural production safety of our country. This paper sorts out all the identification standards for plant quarantine bacterium in China,discusses the development status and existing problems of the standardization of identification technology of quarantine bacterium,and puts forward suggestions and measures for the standards implementation,in order to provide reference for further carrying out the work related to the standardization of identification of quarantine bacterium.
