波形钢腹板工字梁的等效计算模型及稳定性分析

摘  要:基于变形与应变能相等的原则,提出波形钢腹板工字梁的等效平直钢腹板计算模型。通过波形钢腹板直板段与斜板段应变分析,推导了波形钢腹板工字梁及等效计算模型的应变能,建立等效惯性矩与等效扇性惯性矩,利用平直钢腹板工字梁的临界荷载计算公式,对波形钢腹板工字梁进行稳定性分析。研究结果表明:该方法简单、便捷,对波形钢腹板工字梁的稳定分析准确、有效;建立的等效惯性矩与翘曲惯性矩仅取决于截面及波形钢板尺寸,不受工字梁的边界条件、跨径等因素的影响,具有良好的适应性。Based on the principle of equal deformation and strain energy,an equivalent model of flat-web steel I-beam(EBFSW)is presented to study stability performance of I-beam with corrugated steel webs(BCSW).Strain analysis of straight and inclined plate segments of corrugated steel webs is carried out to calculate strain energy of BCSW,afterwards,equivalent inertia moment and sectorial inertia moment are deduced.It is convenient to analyze the stability of BCSW by substituting the equivalent inertia moments into the formula for calculating critical load of the flat-web steel I-beam(BFSW).The results show that the suggested EBFSW is accurate and effective in analyzing stability performance of BCSW,and that the proposed formula of equivalent inertia moment only depend on the dimensions of beam section and corrugated steel plates other than the spans,boundary and load conditions of the beam.And so,the proposed EBFSW,with excellent adaptability,effectively transforms the calculation of BCSW into that of BFSW.
