摘 要:随着炸药管控的日益严格,对施工安全性和成本控制的需求也日益增加。数值模拟技术作为一种快速且经济有效的手段,具备在实验室与现场之间快速测试各种参数组合的能力。通过数值模拟可以提前获得试验结果,快速调整施工参数,从而降低工程成本。该研究的目的在于通过岩石力学试验明确施工现场白云石大理岩HJC本构参数,并运用现场岩石的真实参数进行数值模拟试验以提升工程安全性并降低成本。通过结合现场岩石力学试验获得的白云石大理岩HJC本构参数,最终得到的掏槽槽腔截面面积、宽度和高度与数值模拟结果的误差均在6%以内,验证通过的岩石力学试验得到的准确本构模型参数进行的数值模拟结果与现场施工结果高度相符。With the increasingly stringent control of explosives,the demand for construction safety and cost control is also increasing.As a fast,economical and effective means,numerical simulation technology has the ability to quickly test various parameter combinations between the laboratory and the field.Through numerical simulation,the experimental results can be obtained in advance,and the construction parameters can be adjusted quickly,so as to reduce the project cost.The goal of this study is to determine the HJC constitutive parameters of dolomite marble at the construction site through rock mechanics tests,and to carry out numerical simulation experiments using the real parameters of on-site rock to improve engineering safety and reduce cost.Based on the HJC constitutive parameters of dolomite marble obtained by on-site rock mechanics experiments,the final errors between the section area,width and height of the cutting cavity and the numerical simulation results are all less than 6%.It is verified that the numerical simulation results of the accurate constitutive model parameters obtained by the rock mechanics test are highly consistent with the field construction results.
