摘 要:改性生物质炭的改性研究备受关注,尤其铁、镁、钙和镧等金属离子改性,在除磷领域得到大量的研究,可应用于微污染水体的水质提升、农业面源污染的水质改善、工业尾水的水质提升等领域的磷去除。该次研究一种以玉米基为原料的改性生物质炭的规模化生产工艺,炭产率可达60.4%,所得改性生物质炭的磷吸附饱和值可达90 mg/g,在上行布水模式、水力停留时间为3.75 h、p H 8.0的运行条件下,磷去除率可达75%。改性生物质炭具有原料的资源化循环再利用化高、成本低、环境兼容性好和应用适配性高等优势,旨在为改性生物质炭在生产领域应用提供科学依据和理论支撑。The research on the modification of modified biochar has attracted much attention,especially the modification of metal ions such as iron,magnesium,calcium,lanthanum,etc.,which has been widely studied in the field of phosphorus removal,and can be applied to the water quality improvement of micro-polluted water,the water quality improvement of agricultural non-point source pollution and the water quality improvement of industrial tail water.In this study,a large-scale production process of modified biochar based with corn base as raw material was studied,the carbon yield could reach 60.4%,the phosphorus adsorption saturation value of the obtained modified biochar could reach 90 mg/g,and the phosphorus removal rate could reach 75%under the operating conditions of upward water distribution mode,hydraulic residence time of 3.75 h and pH 8.0.Modified biochar has the advantages of high recycling,low cost,good environmental compatibility and high application adaptability of raw materials,aiming to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the production and application of biochar.
