摘　　要：文章针对某船柴油发电机因振动故障严重影响使用及机器寿命的问题,经过振动测试确认了振动最大位置点在柴油机本体。通过分析柴油机振动故障可能产生的原因,制定了有效的排查方案及解决措施,彻底地解决了振动故障,积累了频谱分析经验。This paper studies the serious impact of vibration fault on the use and service life of a certain ship's diesel generator set and identifies the point of maximum vibration located in the diesel engine body after vibration test-ing.It analyzes the possible causes of vibration in the diesel generator and developes effective troubleshooting plans and solutions to solve the vibration problem thoroughly and effectively,conducive to the accumulation of experience in spectrum analysis.
