摘 要:为筛选优良淫羊藿种质,保证其药材质量稳定,测定了15份淫羊藿种质的农艺性状、矿质元素含量、产量、质量等,并对15份种质进行综合评价。结果表明,来自贵州省从江县的箭叶淫羊藿种质植株的株高、分枝数、叶片数、叶面积、叶宽、叶长、芽头数及须根、根茎、叶片产量表现较好,分别为27.40 cm、28.44枝、67.33片、1 127.09 cm2/株、6.23 cm、9.64 cm、12.78个、3.74 g/株、43.49 g/株、13.39 g/株,其N、P、K含量分别为17.51 g/kg、1.57 g/kg、9.40 g/kg,总黄酮和总黄酮醇苷含量最高,分别为12.68%、10.79%。结合农艺性状、矿质元素含量、药材质量三者的主成分分析、隶属函数分析和药材产质量综合评价发现,来自贵州省从江县的箭叶淫羊藿得分最高,在株高、叶面积、叶宽、叶长、芽头数、须根干重、根茎干重、茎干重、叶片干重、总黄酮、总黄酮醇苷方面具有明显优势。In order to select excellent Epimedium germplasm to ensure the stability of its quality,the agronomic characters,mineral elements,yield and quality of 15 Epimedium germplasm were determined and comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the plant height,branch number,leaf number,leaf area,leaf width,leaf length,bud head number,fibrous root,rhizome and leaf yield of Epimedium sagittatum germplasm collected from Congjiang County,Guizhou Province were more better than others,which was 27.40 cm,28.44 branches,67.33 pieces,1127.09 cm 2/plant,6.23 cm,9.64 cm,12.78 pieces,3.74 g/plant,43.49 g/plant and 13.39 g/plant,respectively.The content of N,P and K in Epimedium sagittatum from Congjiang,Guizhou was 17.51 g/kg,1.57 g/kg and 9.40 g/kg,respectively.The content of total flavonoids and total flavonol glycosides of Epimedium sagittatum from Congjiang,Guizhou was the highest,with 12.68%and 10.79%,respectively.Combined with the principal component analysis,membership function analysis and comprehensive evaluation of agronomic characters,mineral elements and medicinal material quality,Epimedium sagittatum from Congjiang,Guizhou had the highest score in plant height,leaf area,leaf width,leaf length,number of buds,dry weight of fibrous roots,rhizomes,stems,leaves,total flavonoids and total flavonol glycosides.
