摘　　要：为评价西藏野生垂穗披碱草种子在干旱和盐胁迫下种子萌发的特性,以4种野生垂穗披碱草种子为试材,采用室内PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫和NaCl模拟盐胁迫进行种子萌发试验,并对发芽指标进行主成分分析。结果表明,抗旱性综合评价指标中,鲜质量和发芽势可作为垂穗披碱草萌发期抗旱性的主要鉴定指标;安多县和羊八井垂穗披碱草种子为高抗旱品种。在耐盐性鉴定中,根长、发芽率可作为垂穗披碱草萌发期耐盐性的主要鉴定指标;羊八井和安多县垂穗披碱草种子为高耐盐品种。本研究对4种西藏野生重穗披碱草种子抗逆性进行综合评价,分别筛选了抗干旱和耐盐性强的西藏野生垂穗披碱草品种及其鉴定指标。In order to evaluate the seed germination characteristics of Xizang wild Elymus nutans Griseb.seeds under drought and salt stress,four kinds of wild Elymus nutans Griseb.seeds were used as test materials,PEG-6000 simulated drought stress and NaCl simulated salt stress were used for seed germination tests,and the germination indexes were analyzed by principal component analysis.The results showed that among the comprehensive evaluation indexes of drought resistance,fresh quality and germination potential could be used as the main indexes of drought resistance during germination.The seeds of Anduo County and Yangbajing were highly drought-resistant varieties.In salt tolerance identification,root length and germination rate could be used as the main indexes of salt tolerance during germination.Yangbajing and Anduo County Elymus nutans Griseb.seeds were high salt tolerant varieties.In this study,the stress resistance of four kinds of wild Xizang Elymus nutans Griseb. seeds was evaluated comprehensively, and the drought resistance and salt tolerance of wild Xizang Elymus nutans Griseb. seeds were selected and their identification indexes were selected.
