摘  要:研究了两组不同的热处理工艺(一次淬火+低温回火和二次淬火+低温回火)对18CrNiMo7-6钢组织和低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:一次淬火处理的钢样组织为马氏体+少量残余奥氏体,二次淬火处理的钢样组织主要为马氏体+残余奥氏体+细小铁素体,铁素体的存在有利于韧性的提高。二次淬火处理后的钢样晶粒尺寸比一次淬火钢样的更加细小、均匀,经过二次淬火处理的钢样在-20℃下表现出更好的冲击韧性。Effect of two heat treatment process(quenching and low temperature tempering,double quenching and low temperature tempering)on microstructure and cryogenic impact toughness of 18CrNiMo7-6 steels was studied.The results show that the microstructure of the steel samples after quenching is mainly lath martensite and retained austenite,the microstructure of the steel samples after double quenching is mainly martensite,retained austenite and fine ferrites,the ferrites is beneficial to improve toughness.The grain size of the steel samples after double quenching is finer and more uniform than that of the steel samples after quenching.The finer and more uniform grain and microstructure make the steel samples after double quenching exhibit better impact toughness at-20℃.
