摘 要:结合铝合金和钢材的优势,利用冶金结合手段制备矿用新型1061Al/DP980铝钢复合板,并将其作为测试对象,深入探讨了渐进成型阶段各项工艺参数下的回弹缺陷特点。研究结果表明:当单层下压量从2 mm降低到1 mm以及成型深度为15 mm条件下,回弹量降低20%;随着成型角由30°提高到60°,引起回弹量大幅降低;随着成型角降低,引起制件结构出现一定程度的弯曲回弹;将工具头外形从10 mm提高到20 mm后,形成了更大的回弹量。该研究有助于提高铝钢冶金复合板的力学性能,为后续的组织强化奠定一定的理论支撑。Based on the advantages of aluminum alloy and steel,a new type of 1061Al/DP980 aluminum-steel composite plate for mining was prepared by means of metallurgical combination,and as a test object,the characteristics of springback defects under various process parameters in progressive forming stage were deeply discussed.The results show that when the lower pressure of single layer is reduced from 2 mm to 1 mm and the forming depth is 15 mm,the rebound is reduced by 20%.As the forming Angle is increased from 30°to 60°,the amount of rebound is greatly reduced.With the reduction of molding angle,the structure of the parts will appear a certain degree of bending rebound.Increasing the profile of the tool head from 10 mm to 20 mm creates a greater amount of rebound.This study is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of aluminum-steel metallurgical composite plate and lay a certain theoretical support for the subsequent structure strengthening.
