摘  要:GH907合金在高温应用环境中,尤其应用于航空发动机部件中,已经显示出了卓越的性能。然而,在长时间的高温下,该合金在没有抗氧化元素的情况下可能会出现腐蚀行为。针对此,研究了GH907合金的腐蚀行为和相应防护涂层的性能评估。研究发现:通过采用固态渗铝工艺,可以在GH907合金表面形成以α-Al_(2)O_(3)和Fe(CoAl)_(2)O_(4)为主的氧化膜,有效提高其抗腐蚀性;该涂层不仅增加了合金的耐腐蚀性,还为其提供了更长的使用寿命。这一研究为航空领域提供了一个有效的GH907合金长时间高温使用的解决方案。GH907 alloy has shown excellent performance in high-temperature application environment,especially in aviation engine components.However,under prolonged high temperatures,the alloy may exhibit corrosion behavior in the absence of antioxidant elements.In response to this,the corrosion behavior of GH907 alloy and the performance evaluation of corresponding protective coatings were studied.Research has found that through the use of solid-state aluminum infiltration technology,it is possible to form a oxide film mainly composed ofα-Al_(2)O_(3) and Fe(CoAl)_(2)O_(4) on surface of GH907 alloy,which effectively improves its corrosion resistance.This coating not only increases the corrosion resistance of the alloy,but also provides it with a longer service life.This study provides an effective solution for the long-term high-temperature use of GH907 alloy in the aviation industry.
