摘 要:采集贵州某矿区高硫低硅中品位铝土矿开展“一粗二精三扫”反浮选脱硫试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级质量占比为80%,碳酸钠用量1500 g/t、硫酸铜用量110 g/t、丁基黄药用量250 g/t、2号松醇油用量150 g/t时,获得含w(S)为0.29%的铝精矿,脱硫率94.76%;获得w(Al_(2)O_(3))为0.86%的硫精矿。工业实践应用表明,整个生产过程无工业污/废水产生排,无需设尾矿库,粉尘产排量极小,环境风险可控。试验及实践应用结果可为该类高硫铝土矿资源的开发利用提供参考。A"one coarse,two fine,and three sweep"reverse flotation desulfurization experiment was conducted on a high-grade bauxite with high sulfur and low silicon in a mining area in Guizhou.The results showed that when the grinding fineness was-0.074 mm with a particle size ratio of 80%,the dosage of sodium carbonate was 1500 g/t,the dosage of copper sulfate was 110 g/t,the dosage of butyl xanthate was 250 g/t,and the dosage of No.2 pine alcohol oil was 150 g/t,an aluminum concentrate with a w(S)content of 0.29%was obtained,and the desulfurization rate was 94.76%,obtaining a sulfur concentrate with w(Al_(2)O_(3))of 0.86%.Industrial practice has shown that the entire production process has no industrial pollution/wastewater discharge,no need for tailings ponds,minimal dust production,and controllable environmental risks.The experimental and practical application results can provide reference for the development and utilization of such high sulfur bauxite resources.
