摘　　要：针对影响无料钟炉顶布料精度的因素,如布料溜槽角度、节流阀开度、原燃材料的物理性能、亏料线及炉内物料的相互影响等进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施,确保高炉稳定顺行。This paper analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of the material distribution on the top of the bell less furnace,such as the angle of the material chute,the opening of the throttle valve,the physical properties of the raw materials,the material loss line,and the mutual influence of the materials inside the furnace,and proposes corresponding solutions to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace.
