摘 要:热轧厚规格带钢卷取温度受钢种变换、带钢表面发生沸腾换热产生汽雾造成温度实测值受到严重干扰、设备跟踪精度等因素的影响,CTC数学模型的预报精度较薄规格产品普遍偏低,换规格轧制时卷取温度偏离目标值较多,同时厚规格带钢干头长度控制偏长,严重影响了厚规格产品的成材率。基于此,结合实际生产中出现的问题,对模型穿带速度、加速度等参数进行回归分析及优化;对C3模型服务器进行升级,并调整现场仪表响应时间,将厚规格带钢干头长度由4 m以上降到1.8 m左右,提高了厚规格产品成材率;同时对检测仪表位置进行优化调整,提高了厚规格带钢卷取温度命中率。优化实施后,厚规格带钢卷取温度命中率由85.26%提高到92.13%,成材率提高1.26%。The coiling temperature of hot rolled thick strip steel is affected by the change of steel type,boiling heat transfer on the surface of the strip and steam fog,which causes serious interference to the measured temperature and equipment tracking accuracy.The prediction accuracy of CTC mathematical model is generally lower than that of thin strip steel products,and the coiling temperature deviates from the target value in the process of changing gauge rolling.Meanwhile,the length of the dry head of thick strip steel is controlled too long.It seriously affects the yield of thick specification products.Based on the problems in actual production,this paper analyzes and optimizes the parameters of the model,such as speed and acceleration.The C3 model server was upgraded,and the response time of the field instrument was adjusted.The length of the thick strip steel stem was reduced from more than 4 meters to about 1.8 meters,and the yield of thick products was improved.At the same time,the position of the measuring instrument is optimized and adjusted to improve the coiling temperature hit ratio of thick strip steel.After the optimization,the coiling temperature of the thick strip was increased from 85.26%to 92.13%,and the yield was increased by 1.26%.
