摘 要:针对某钢厂F2机架和F3机架剧烈振动的问题,借助加速度传感器对轧机振动进行全面测试,总结F2机架和F3机架振动特征,进而联合F2机架与F3机架构建工艺参数-振动预测模型,优化参数并预测振动,明确工艺参数对轧机振动的影响,从而通过优化工艺参数达到抑振效果,提高轧机的运行稳定性。In response to the problem of severe vibration in the F2 and F3 stands of a certain steel plant,a comprehensive test was conducted on the rolling mill vibration using an accelerometer.The vibration characteristics of the F2 and F3 stands were summarized,and a process parameter vibration prediction model was constructed by combining the F2 and F3 stands to optimize the parameters and predict the vibration.The influence of process parameters on the rolling mill vibration was clarified,and the vibration suppression effect was achieved by optimizing the process parameters,thereby improving the operational stability of the rolling mill.
