摘  要:长钢高炉矿槽岗位职工必须在现场操作放料小车作业,劳动强度大、工作内容单一。经分析,提升设备自动化智能化水平是解决这一问题的最佳途径。于是通过矿槽布料小车自动布料的技术改造,大大降低了岗位职工的劳动强度,减少了暴露在粉尘污染环境中的作业时间,促进岗位人员优化,提升设备的管理水平。Workers at the blast furnace trough of Changgang must operate the feeding cart on site,which is labor-intensive and has a single job content.After analysis,improving the level of equipment automation and intelligence is the best way to solve this problem.So through the technological transformation of automatic feeding by the mining trough feeding cart,the labor intensity of the employees on the job was greatly reduced,the working time exposed to dust pollution environment was reduced,the optimization of the personnel on the job was promoted,and the management level of the equipment was improved.
