摘 要:当前的选煤厂深度筛分一般设定为单向流程,筛分范围受到限制,导致筛分效率下降,为此提出对大型炼焦煤选煤厂深度筛分技术的设计与验证研究。综合实际的筛分需求及标准,设置分级筛分粒度标准,进行筛上筛下标定划归,采用多单组合处理的形式,在合理的范围之内,最大程度扩大筛分范围,制定多单元组合深度分筛流程,采用二次张拉弹性侧筛实现深度筛分处理。测试结果表明:经过三个阶段的测定,最终使得A选煤厂深度筛选的效率得到了极大地提升,可以达到60%以上,其筛选精度也得到了很大的提升,可以达到80%以上,说明该项筛分技术以及结构的实际应用效果更佳,筛分速度较快,误差可控,具有实际的应用价值。At present,the deep screening in coal preparation plants is generally set as a one-way process,and the screening range is limited,resulting in the reduction of screening efficiency.Therefore,the design and validation study of deep screening technology in large coking coal preparation plants is proposed.According to the actual screening requirements and standards,this paper sets the grading screening particle size standard,calibrates the upper and lower sieves,use the form of multi-single combination treatment,maximizes the screening range within a reasonable range,develops a multi-unit combination deep screening process,and uses the secondary tensioning elastic side screen to achieve deep screening treatment.The final test results show that after three stages of measurement,the efficiency of the deep screening of Coal Preparation Plant A has been greatly improved,which can reach more than 60%,and the screening accuracy has also been greatly improved,which can reach more than 80%.This shows that the screening technology and structure has better practical application effect,faster screening speed,controllable error,and has practical application value.
