摘 要:本文综述了思维导图在乳腺癌围手术期健康教育中应用的研究进展,主要从乳腺癌流行病学、思维导图的概念、特征和思维导图在护理领域的应用情况及思维导图在乳腺癌术前护理、术中护理、术后并发症和术后功能锻炼、围手术期心理健康教育中的应用及思维导图在乳腺癌围手术期健康教育中的评价指标进行论述,且在总结中提出思维导图在乳腺癌围手术期健康教育应用中的不足与展望,旨在为临床护理人员对乳腺癌的健康教育提供对策及参考,也为做这方面研究的学者提出建议。This paper reviews the research progress of the application of mind mapping in perioperative health education of breast cancer.It mainly discusses the epidemiology of breast cancer,the concept and characteristics of mind mapping,the application of mind mapping in the field of nursing,the application of mind mapping in preoperative nursing,intraoperative nursing and postoperative complications of breast cancer,postoperative functional exercise,perioperative mental health education,and the evaluation index of mind mapping in perioperative health education of breast cancer.In the summary,the shortcomings and prospects of the application of mind mapping in perioperative health education of breast cancer are put forward,aiming to provide countermeasures and references for clinical nursing staff to carry out health education of breast cancer.Suggestions are also made for scholars doing research in this area.
