摘　　要：目的:研究循证护理对老年急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的120例老年急性脑梗死患者。根据随机摸紫黑球法将其分为对照组(摸紫球)和试验组(摸黑球),各60例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予循证护理。比较两组护理前后神经功能、抑郁情况、生活质量。结果:护理后,试验组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年急性脑梗死患者使用循证护理,能够有效改善患者神经功能,使患者保持良好的心态,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on recovery of nerve function and quality of life in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 120 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group(touch purple ball)and experimental group(touch black ball)according to random touch purple and black ball method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing.Neurological function,depression condition and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of evidence-based nursing for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve their neurological function,maintain a positive attitude,and improve their quality of life.
