小针刀联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析小针刀联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎患者的效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年2月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院收治的100例肩周炎患者。根据随机数表法将其分为研究组与参考组,各50例。参考组给予关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组在参考组基础上给予小针刀治疗。比较两组治疗前后肩关节功能、疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率显著高于参考组,两组活动度、功能、肌力、症状评分均升高,研究组上述指标均高于参考组,研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎患者可以有效减轻疼痛程度,改善肩关节功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of small needle-knife combined with articular cavity injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with shoulder periarthritis.Method:A total of 100 patients with shoulder periarthritis treated in the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with articular cavity injection of Sodium Hyaluronate,and the study group was treated with small needle-knife based on the reference group.The shoulder joint function,pain degree before and after treatment and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the activity,function,muscle strength and symptom scores of both groups were increased,above indexes in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small needle-knife combined with articular cavity injection of Sodium Hyaluronate for the treatment of patients with shoulder periarthritis can effectively reduce pain and improve shoulder joint function.
