呼吸衰竭患者ICU期间家属疾病不确定感现状及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探究呼吸衰竭患者重症加强护理病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)期间家属疾病不确定感现状及其相关影响因素。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年4月莆田学院附属医院收治的86例呼吸衰竭患者ICU期间家属作为研究对象,采用中文版疾病不确定感家属量表(mishel uncertainty in illness scale-family member form,MUIS-FM)评估疾病不确定感,并收集相关资料,比较不同特征呼吸衰竭患者ICU期间家属MUIS-FM评分,分析此类疾病家属疾病不确定感的影响因素。结果:86例呼吸衰竭患者ICU期间家属MUIS-FM评分为(97.15±9.72)分,有较高的疾病不确定感。不同家庭人均月收入、患者入住ICU时间、是否认同ICU无陪制度、社会支持度呼吸衰竭患者ICU期间家属MUIS-FM评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经线性回归分析显示,家庭人均月收入<5000元、患者入住ICU时间≥7 d、不认同ICU无陪制度、社会支持度低水平是呼吸衰竭患者ICU期间家属疾病不确定感较高的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸衰竭患者ICU期间家属疾病不确定感为较高水平,家庭人均月收入<5000元、患者入住ICU时间≥7 d、不认同ICU无陪制度、社会支持度低水平是患者家属疾病不确定感较高的危险因素。Objective:To explore the current situation and related influencing factors of disease uncertainty among family members of patients with respiratory failure during Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Method:A total of 86 family members of patients with respiratory failure during ICU who admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,the Chinese version of mishel uncertainty in illness scale-family member form(MUIS-FM)was used to evaluate the disease uncertainty of family members,and the relevant data was collected,the MUIS-FM scores of family members of patients with respiratory failure during ICU with different characteristics were compared,and the influencing factors of disease uncertainty of family members of these patients were analyzed.Result:The MUIS-FM score of 86 family members of patients with respiratory failure during ICU was(97.15±9.72)points,have a higher sense of disease uncertainty.There were statistically significant differences in MUIS-FM scores among family members of patients with respiratory failure during ICU with different monthly income per capita,length of stay in the ICU,whether they agree with the ICU unaccompanied system and social support(P<0.05).Through linear regression analysis,it was found that family members with a per capita monthly income of less than 5000 yuan,patients staying in the ICU for≥7 d,disagreements with the ICU unaccompanied system and low levels of social support were risk factors for higher uncertainty of family members of patients with respiratory failure during ICU(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family members of patients with respiratory failure during ICU have a high level of disease uncertainty,the family members with a per capita monthly income of less than 5000 yuan,patients staying in the ICU for≥7 d,disagreements with the ICU unaccompanied system and low levels of social support are risk factors for the high level of disease uncertainty in family members.
