摘　　要：肺康复作为临床治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的一个重要内容,最佳治疗时机是稳定期,应及早对患者呼吸肌功能开展评估,并进行锻炼,冬病夏治穴位贴敷、中药足浴可有效提高患者呼吸耐力,增加胸廓和肺的活动度,扩大胸腔容量,增加胸内负压,延缓肺功能下降。为此本研究综述了冬病夏治穴位贴敷、中药足浴及早期肺康复对COPD稳定期患者的研究,为我国COPD稳定期患者肺功能的临床护理实践提供较多的证据和支持,以降低患者的再住院率,进一步改善患者的生活质量。Pulmonary rehabilitation is an important part of the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and the best time for treatment is the stable period.The patients'respiratory muscle function should be evaluated and exercised as soon as possible,winter disease and summer treatment acupoint application,traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can effectively improve the patients'respiratory tolerance,increase the range of motion of thoracic cage and lungs,expand the chest cavity volume,increase the negative pressure in chest,and delay the decline of lung function.Therefore,this study reviewed the study of winter disease and summer treatment acupoint application,traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and early pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with stable COPD,so as to provide more practical evidence and support for the clinical nursing practice of lung function in patients with stable COPD in China,in order to reduce the rehospitalization rate of patients,and further improve the quality of life of patients.
