共情护理联合心理护理对老年帕金森病患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨共情护理联合心理护理对老年帕金森病患者负面情绪、生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法:选择2021年4月—2022年12月南京市第一医院收治的80例帕金森病患者,按随机数表法分成两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施共情护理联合心理护理。比较两组护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、帕金森病患者生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)评分及护理总满意度。结果:护理后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PDQ-39评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:共情护理联合心理护理用于老年帕金森病患者中能改善其负面情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing on negative emotions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction in elderly Parkinson disease patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with Parkinson disease treated in Nanjing First Hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing based on the control group.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Parkinson disease quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39)score before and after nursing and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,HAMA score,HAMD score and PDQ-39 score in the observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing can improve negative emotions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction in elderly Parkinson disease patients.
