摘  要:干式连接的装配式建筑因连接缝的存在会造成接缝与墙体间的传热不均,对墙体传热及建筑能耗产生重要影响。分析了干式装配外墙的非均匀传热特征,提出外墙内表面的累计温差比T′来评价墙体的传热非均匀性,确定了干式装配墙体传热的非均匀判定准则。提出用热桥影响区域等效传热系数K′_(T)来评价接缝非均匀传热影响区域,分析了非均匀性传热对建筑采暖能耗的影响。结果表明,装配式墙体在接缝两侧的温度波动较大,且墙体构造越复杂波动越显著。干式装配墙体接缝的非均匀影响区域明显大于传统砖混建筑。T′越大墙体传热越不均,建筑采暖能耗越大。接缝宽每增加5 mm导致的墙体传热不均使得建筑能耗变化约为3%~4%,含空气层的预制墙体变化尤为大,约为3.2%~6.7%。The joints in dry-connected assembled buildings caused significant heat transfer unevenness between joints and walls,which has an important impact on wall heat transfer and building energy consumption.The non-uniform heat transfer characteristics of dry-assembled exterior walls are summarized by site testing.The cumulative temperature difference ratio(T′) of the inner surface of exterior wall is proposed to quantitatively evaluate the non-uniformity of heat transfer of wall,and the criterion of non-uniformity of heat transfer of dry-assembled wall is determined.The equivalent heat transfer coefficient(K′_T) is used to evaluate the influence area of non-uniform heat transfer of joints.The influence of non-uniform heat transfer on building heating energy consumption is analyzed.The results show that the temperature fluctuation of the assembled wall is large on both sides of the joints,and the more complex the wall structure is,the more significant the fluctuation is.The non-uniform influence area of dry-assembled wall joints is obviously larger than that of traditional brick-concrete buildings.The larger is,the more uneven the wall heat transfer is,and the greater the building heating energy consumption is.The uneven heat transfer of the wall caused by the increase of 5 mm joint width makes the building energy consumption change about 3%~4%,the change of the prefabricated wall containing air layer is particularly large,about 3.2%~6.7%.
