摘 要:在墙体中应用相变材料可以显著改善墙体的保温蓄热能力,但相变材料厚度和墙体构造的选择尚需科学论证。基于寒区气象特点,选择适用于寒区建筑外墙的相变储能材料,从墙体的传热特性角度出发,通过建立不同相变材料层厚度和多种构造的相变墙体模型,研究多种情况相变墙体的热特性。结果表明,相变墙体在冬季的保温蓄热能力受相变材料层位置和厚度影响,夏季效果主要受相变材料厚度影响;相变材料厚度为40 mm的中间型相变墙体和相变材料厚度为60 mm的内侧型相变墙体比较适合寒区建筑应用。研究所得结论可为寒区相变墙体的结构设计优化提供参考。The phase change materials in walls can significantly improve the insulation and heat storage capacity of the wall,but the thickness and location of phase change material layer need to be determined by scientific research.Based on the meteorological characteristics of cold area,the phase change energy storage materials are selected which is suitable for the exterior walls of buildings in cold area.From the point of view of the heat transfer characteristics of the walls,the thermal characteristics of the phase change wall under various conditions are studied by establishing the model of phase change wall with different thickness and different positions.The results show that the thermal insulation and heat storage capacity of the phase change wall in winter is affected by the location and thickness of the phase change material layer,and the effect in summer is mainly affected by the thickness.The intermediate phase change wall with a thickness of 40 mm and the inner phase change wall with a thickness of 60 mm are more suitable for architectural applications in cold areas.The results can provide reference for structural design optimization of phase change wall in cold area.
