摘 要:椰壳纤维混凝土较普通混凝土热工性能优,但其因自重大不适合作为围护结构材料。为此在椰壳纤维混凝土实心砌块中设置孔洞,使砌块在满足抗压强度要求的前提下减轻自重,并进一步降低导热系数。利用ANSYS Fluent分析椰壳纤维混凝土空心砌块在孔洞数、孔洞长宽比和孔洞率分别作为单因素和多因素变量时对热工性能的影响。利用ANSYS Workbench探究热工性能最优的空心砌块是否符合MU7.5设计强度要求,从而得出最佳孔型。结果表明:当孔洞数为2,孔洞长宽比为11∶1,孔洞率为30%时,当量导热系数最低为0.273 W/(m·K),较实心椰壳纤维混凝土降低了59.33%,抗压强度为9.77 MPa,符合设计强度MU7.5的要求。Coir fiber concrete has better thermal performance than ordinary concrete,but it is not suitable for the enclosure structure material due to heavy self-weight.Holes can be increased inside the coir fiber concrete solid block to reduce the weight and lower the thermal conductivity meeting the requirements of compressive strength.ANSYS Fluent is used to analyze the influence factors on the thermal performance of coir fiber reinforced concrete hollow blocks when the number of holes,the ratio of hole length-to-width and the ratio of hole are considered as single factor and multiple factor variables,respectively.ANSYS Workbench is used to investigate whether the hollow block with the best thermal performance meets the design strength requirements of MU7.5,so as to obtain the best hole type.The results show that when the number of holes is 2,the ratio of hole length-to-width is 11:1,and the ratio of hole is 30%,the equivalent thermal conductivity is the lowest which is 0.273 W/(m·K) and 59.33% lower than that of solid coir fiber concrete,and the compressive strength is 9.77 MPa meeting the requirements of the design strength MU7.5.
