摘 要:为了车辆顺利出口东盟,根据新车研发的需要,以东盟国家新车评价体系:ASEAN-NCAP(New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries)下腿型保护满足限值为目标,搭建柔性腿(Flexible Pedestrain Legform Impactor,Flex-PLI)碰撞有限元模型并计算求解。针对车辆设计存在的问题,提出改进方案并通过仿真验证可行,最后通过实车验证测试,试验结果验证了仿真的可靠性,为行人小腿保护开发积累了经验。In order to export the vehicles to ASEAN smoothly,according to the needs of new vehicle research and development,aiming at meeting the limit value of leg protection under ASEAN⁃NCAP,a flexible leg(Flex⁃PLI)collision finite element model is built and calculated.Aiming at the problems in the vehicle design,an improved scheme was proposed and verified by simulation to be feasible.Finally,a full score was obtained through the actual vehicle test.The test results verified the reliability of the simulation,accumulated experience for the development of pedestrian calf protection.
