摘 要:介绍白龙江引水工程概况,通过对延安市受水区缺水现状、解决缺水问题思路、白龙江引水工程向延安延伸供水可能性等问题分析,拟定延安段总体布局方案,工程技术方案合理、经济和社会效益良好,实施后可为革命老区脱贫攻坚和经济社会高质量发展奠定坚实的基础。This paper introduces the general situation of Bailongjiang water diversion project.Through the analysis of the current situation of water shortage in the water receiving area of Yan'an City,the idea of solving the problem of water shortage,and the possibility of extending water supply from Bailongjiang water diversion project to Yan'an,the overall layout scheme of Yan'an section is drawn up.The engineering and technical scheme is reasonable,and the economic and social benefits are good.After implementation,it can lay a solid foundation for poverty alleviation and high-quality economic and social development in the old revolutionary base areas.
