江苏宿迁220kV变电站隔震设计方法研究

摘  要:为解决变电站抗侧刚度较小,大型设备会放大地震作用的问题,对宿迁220kV变电站结构分别采用分部设计和一体化设计两种方法进行隔震设计,对支座参数确定原则、地震波选取规则、楼层响应以及非比例阻尼影响规律进行了研究分析。结果表明,应采用实际地震作用下迭代得到的支座参数,以迭代得到的隔震层阻尼比作为结构阻尼比选取地震波更合理,一体化设计方法可以在实现中震弹性目标要求的同时将构件进行优化,提高结构经济性,变电站隔震结构非比例阻尼特性较强,且对其楼层响应结果影响较大,实际隔震设计中不可忽略非比例阻尼影响,高烈度地区的变电站更宜采用一体化设计方法。To solve the problem that substation lateral stiffness is small and large equipment will amplify the seismic action,two methods of seismic isolation design were adopted for Suqian 220kV substation structure by divisional design and integrated design respectively,and the principles of determining the bearing parameters,rules for selecting seismic waves,floor response,and the influence laws of non-proportional damping were researched and analyzed.The results show that the bearing parameters obtained iteratively under the actual seismic action should be used,and the damping ratio of the seismic isolation layer obtained iteratively as the structural damping ratio is more reasonable for the selection of seismic waves,and the integrated design method can be used to optimise the components and improve the structural economy while realising the seismic elasticity target requirements,and the nonproportional damping characteristics of the seismic isolated structure of the substation are stronger and have a greater impact on the results of the floor response,and the influence of nonproportional damping cannot be neglected in the actual seismic isolation design.It is more appropriate to adopt the integrated design method for substations in high-intensity areas.
