钎料对定向凝固高温合金钎焊组织和性能的影响研究

摘  要:为了研究钎料对定向凝固高温合金钎焊组织和性能的影响,采用国产钎料HBCo51CrNiSiW与进口钎料BCo-1对定向凝固高温合金DZ40M进行钎焊工艺试验,对比研究了两种钎料的铺展性、焊接后接头显微组织和试样力学性能等。结果表明,国产钎料HBCo51CrNiSiW与进口钎料BCo-1的工艺铺展性相当,两种钎料钎焊后定向凝固高温合金DZ40M的焊缝金相组织正常,国产钎料焊后定向凝固高温合金DZ40M室温抗拉强度均值为554MPa,略高于进口钎料焊后DZ40M的抗拉强度,研究结果对钎料焊接定向凝固高温合金DZ40M的工程化生产应用提供了基础数据参考。In order to study the effect of filler metal on the brazing microstructure and properties of directional solidification superalloy,in this paper,domestic brazing filler metal HBCo51CrNiSiW and imported brazing filler metal BCo-1 were used to braze directionally solidified superalloy DZ40M.The spreading property,microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints of the two kinds of brazing filler metals were compared and studied.The process spreading property of domestic brazing alloy HBCo51CrNiSiW is similar to that of imported brazing alloy BCo-1.The weld microstructure of directional solidification superalloy DZ40M after brazing with the two kinds of brazing alloys is normal,and the average tensile strength of domestic brazing alloy DZ40M at room temperature is 554MPa.The tensile strength of DZ40M is slightly higher than that of DZ40M after welding with imported brazing metal.The research results provide basic data reference for the engineering production and application of directionally solidified superalloy DZ40M welding with brazing metal.
