摘　　要：随着儿童外科技术的发展,特别是微创技术以及儿童麻醉技术的提高,国内儿童日间手术得到了快速发展。儿童日间手术住院时间短、周转快,加上儿童病理生理的特殊性,对麻醉及围术期管理提出了更高的要求。本文就开展儿童日间手术的要求及麻醉与围术期管理进行综述。With the continuous development of pediatric surgery technology,especially the improvement of minimally invasive technology and pediatric anesthesia technology,domestic pediatric day surgery has achieved rapid development.The short hospitalization time and fast turnover of children s day surgery,coupled with the particularity of children s pathology,put forward high requirements for anesthesia and perioperative management.In this paper,the requirements,anesthesia and perioperative management of children s day surgery are reviewed.
