摘　　要：从红军学校俱乐部到八一剧团的组建,从八一剧团归并于工农剧社再到工农剧社组建蓝衫剧团和学校,后来又更名为苏维埃剧团和高尔基戏剧学校,中央苏区的戏剧组织经历了从无到有并从临时性、非专业化到逐步走向组织化、群众化、制度化和革命化的嬗变。活跃于苏区各地的戏剧组织积极深入群众,开展演出活动,表演新剧,创作了大量戏剧作品,锻炼和培养了大批戏剧干部和演艺人才。同时,在革命宣传和动员、反对封建迷信、促进苏维埃文化建设等方面也发挥了重要作用。戏剧组织演职人员展现出的精神面貌也彰显了苏区精神。From the Club of Red Army School to the formation of the Bayi Drama Club,the merger of the Bayi Drama Club into the Workers'and Peasants'Drama Club,to the formation of the Blue Shirt Drama Club and School in the Workers'and Peasants'Drama Club,and later renamed the Soviet Drama Club and the Gorky Drama School,the Drama Organizations in the Central Soviet Area have experienced a transformation from nothing to something and from non-professional to gradually becoming organized,mass-oriented and institutionalized.Drama organizations in the Central Soviet Area actively reached out to the masses,conducted performence activities,performed new plays,created a large number of drama works,and trained a large number of drama cadres and performers.At the same time,they also played an important role in revolutionary propaganda and mobilization,opposing feudal superstition,helping the construction of Soviet culture.The spiritual appearance exhibited by the performing personnel the drama organization also highlighted the spirit of the Soviet area.
