摘　　要：以硝基苄氯为原料,次氯酸钠溶液为氧化剂,通过一步氧化反应制得邻/间/对硝基苯甲酸。研究了氧化剂用量、NaOH用量、反应时间、反应温度和溶剂对硝基苯甲酸产率的影响,确定了它们的最佳的合成工艺:(1)邻硝基苯甲酸:邻硝基苄氯、氢氧化钠和次氯酸钠的物质的量的比为1:1:3,回流3 h;(2)间硝基苯甲酸:间硝基苄氯、氢氧化钠和次氯酸钠的物质的量的比为1:1.5:2,反应时间3.1 h,反应温度为90℃;(3)对硝基苯甲酸:对硝基苄氯、氢氧化钠和次氯酸钠的物质的量比为1:1.5:2,反应时间2.5 h,反应温度为90℃。邻/间/对硝基苯甲酸的产率分别为:81.1%、96.1%、98.3%,HPLC纯度分别为:97.7%、98.0%、99.2%。The o/m/p-nitrobenzoic acid was produced by a one-step oxidation reaction using nitrobenzyl chloride as raw material and sodium hypochlorite solution as the oxidant.The effects of oxidant dosage,NaOH dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature and solvent on the yield of nitrobenzoic acid were investigated and the optimum synthesis process was determined as follows:(1)the optimum synthesis process for o-nitrobenzoic acid,molar ratio of o-nitrobenzyl chloride:NaOH:sodium hypochlorite=1:1:3,reflux for 3 h;(2)the optimum synthesis process for m-nitrobenzoic acid,m-nitrobenzyl chloride:NaOH:sodium hypochlorite=1:1.5:2,reaction time of 3.1 h and reaction temperature of 90℃;(3)the best synthesis process for p-nitrobenzoic acid,p-nitrobenzyl chloride:NaOH:sodium hypochlorite=1:1.5:2,reaction time of 2.5 h and reaction temperature of 90℃.The isolated yields of 81.1%,96.1% and 98.3% for o-/m-/p-nitrobenzoic acid were obtained,and their HPLC purity were 97.7%,98.0% and 99.2% respectively.
