福建省某工业场地土壤与地下水污染情况调查

摘　　要：福建省某地块原先为工业生产活动用地,地块拟规划为二类城镇住宅用地,共布设11个监测点,送检土样21个,检测指标49项,检出指标36项,送检水样5个,检测指标28项,检出指标13项。监测结果表明,该地块土壤和地下水样品检测指标均低于相应的筛选值,地块环境未因工业活动而受到污染,满足开发要求。A site in Fujian Province was originally used for industrial production activities,and planned as residential living.A total of 11 monitoring points were set up,21 soil samples were sent for testing,49 indicators were tested and 36 were detected;5 water samples were sent for testing,28 indicators were tested and 13 were detected.The monitoring results showed that all the indicators of the soil and groundwater samples of the site were lower than the corresponding screening values,and the environment of the site had not been polluted due to industrial activities,so that it can be used as a residential site and meet the development requirements.
