摘  要:为有效减少餐厨垃圾厌氧工艺过程中火灾爆炸事故的发生,本文基于危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)对某餐厨垃圾厌氧工艺单元的风险进行分析,主要研究涉及沼气产生、存储及输送设备设施的装置压力、温度、pH值、流量、液位等出现的偏差,提出改进和安全措施建议。结果表明,厌氧罐及双膜气柜的偏差及偏差导致的后果多与压力相关,并针对可能出现的后果提出以压力监测为主的安全措施。In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of fire and explosion accidents during the anaerobic process of food waste,this pa-per analyzes the risk of an anaerobic process unit of food waste based on Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP),and mainly investigates the de-viations that occur in the unit pressure,temperature,pH,flow rate,and level of the equipment and facilities involved in biogas generation,storage,and delivery,and puts forward suggestions for improvement and safety measures.The results show that deviations and consequences of deviations in anaerobic tanks and double-film gas cabinets are more than pressure-related,and safety measures based on pressure monitoring are proposed for possible consequences.
