摘  要:辣椒辣素是从红辣椒里提取的镇痛物质,其单次腹腔注射镇痛作用时间长达半年(新生鼠)至1年(成熟大鼠),近年来引起广泛关注,成为研究热点。大量临床研究表明,辣椒辣素可以减轻神经病理性疼痛,使患者在行走、工作和睡眠方面均得到改善。因此,辣椒辣素有潜力成为治疗神经病理性疼痛的一线或二线药物。Capsaicin is an analgesic substance extracted from red pepper.The analgesic effect of capsaicin can last half a year(newborn rats)to one year(mature rats)by single intraperitoneal injection.In recent years,capsaicin has attracted wide attention and become a research hotspot.Many clinical studies have shown that capsaicin can relieve neuropathic pain and improve patients'walking,work and sleep.Capsaicin has great potential to become a first-or second-line medicine for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
