摘  要:某压缩机气缸滑片在制造阶段末期发生断裂失效,为寻找并分析断裂失效原因及提出解决措施,对失效的滑片进行了宏观形貌、微观组织、微区成分、金相组织、化学成分、硬度以及尺寸测量等分析。结果表明,压缩机气缸滑片的材质成分含量、氮化处理的硬度均符合要求;铣槽圆角小于设计值造成应力集中,热处理导致裂纹萌生和恶化扩展,以至于在经过氮化后,裂纹处的氧化物和氮化物增多;另外材料的夹杂物D类2.0细系含量偏高。为了得到好的产品质量,建议改进热处理工艺,提高铣槽加工的精度,改善圆角加工质量,减少应力集中;同时建议在选材要求中,增加对材料夹杂物进行控制的指标,提升产品本身韧性。The work aim is to find the cause of fracture failure and provide the solving measures for the compressor cylinder slider,which was produced by a factory during the end of manufacturing process.The failure analysis for the slide was carried out including macroscopic morphology,microstructure,micro-composition,metallographic structure,chemical composition,hardness and size.The results show that both the material composition content and nitriding hardness of the slider meet the specification requirements.The milling fillet of the slider was subjected to stress concentration because the rounded corners were less than the design value,and heat treatment leaded to initiation and expansion of the crack,so after nitriding oxides and nitrides increased at the crack.In addition,the inclusion content of class D 2.0 in the material was higher.In order to get a good product quality,it is suggested to improve the heat treatment process,improve the accuracy of milling fillet machining,improve the quality of rounded corners,and reduce stress concentration.And in the material selection requirements,the index of material inclusions should be added to improve the toughness of the product itself.
