摘  要:本文主要针对转向杆系与悬架运动干涉进行分析研究,包括对不同卷耳类型的钢板弹簧主片中心点的振动位置进行了研究论证,对运动干涉校核的三维空间作图法进行了研究,提出了适合中重型卡车的运动干涉评价标准,对车辆设计阶段针对运动干涉优化的方向进行了论述,最后对某新能源重卡出现的运动干涉实例进行了分析优化。本文对中重卡的转向杆系与悬架运动干涉优化研究有一定的借鉴作用。This article mainly analyzes and studies the interference between the steering linkage and suspension motion,including the research and demonstration of the vibration center position of the center point of the main plate of the steel plate spring with different types of rolling ears,the study of the three-dimensional spatial mapping method for motion interference verification,the proposed evaluation criteria for motion interference suitable for medium and heavy trucks,and the discussion of the direction for optimizing motion interference in the vehicle design stage.Finally,an example of motion interference in a new energy heavy-duty truck was analyzed and optimized.This article has a certain reference value for optimizing the interference between the steering linkage and suspension motion of heavy-duty trucks.
