摘 要:大学校园既是城市的重要区块,也是所在社区的主要组成部分。在社区营造成为城市更新主要内容的新时期,转型中的大学老校区作为社区更新“核”动力的作用逐渐得到关注。以浙江大学西溪校区转型中的空间更新为对象,尝试用浙江省未来社区试点创建评价指标体系进行检讨,发现校园空间因与城市互动而发生了较大的变化,但在社区层面并未形成足够积极的联动更新关系,孤岛形态有待进一步解封。University campuses are not only an important part of the city,but also a major component of the communities in which they are located.In the new period when community development has become the main content of urban regeneration,the role of old university campuses in transition as the"nuclear"power of community regeneration has gradually received attention.The spatial regeneration of Zhejiang University Xixi Campus in transition was reviewed with the evaluation index system of Zhejiang Province's Future Communities.It was find that the campus space has changed greatly due to its interaction with the city,but it has not formed a sufficiently active linkage regeneration relationship at the community level,and the isolated form needs to be further unsealed.
