摘　　要：在原南京地质学校住宅区的一角,有一栋不起眼,但结构上却有些“特异”的住宅楼。这栋建成于1992年的“跃复式”教工住宅,其构想曾在“中国‘八五'新住宅设计方案竞赛”(1991年)中获鼓励奖,是当时一种新的生活方式、空间方式和设计理念的尝试。它既汲取了现代主义建筑的功能原则、香港建筑师的空间复合的设计理念,又与当时南京的居住和技术生产条件相结合,借助开放的校园文化,而产生的一个现代住宅。本文通过追溯和梳理这栋“跃复式”住宅产生的背景、条件,“功能理性”在地化实践过程中的调整,试图展现一个尚未受到全球化冲击的条件下,在以“本地”为主体的思维中,对现代性的重新定义和修正,并借此反思校园文化在全球化当下的得与失。At the corner of the residential area of the former Nanjing Geological School,there is an inconspicuous but structurally'peculiar'residential building.This'duplex'faculty residence,built in 1992,won an award in the China's Eighth Five-Year Plan New Residential Design Competition'(1991),and was an experiment of a new lifestyle,spatial approach,and design concept.It came from the combination of the functional principles of modernist architecture,the design concept of spatial complexity of Hong Kong's architect,and the living and technological conditions of Nanjing at that time,with the support of the open campus culture.This paper attempts to trace and sort out the background and conditions from which this duplex'housing emerged,as well as the adjustment of functional rationality'in the process of localization,in order to demonstrate a redefinition and revision of modernity in the'local'thinking that has not yet been impacted by globalisation,and to reflect on the gains and losses of campus culture in the current globalisation.
