摘　　要：制造业进入转型升级发展阶段,绿色环保成为变压器设计制造理念,高固低黏油漆是低挥发性有机化合物含量涂料产品的一种,本文中作者对其涂料性能、施工工艺性、成本等方面进行验证分析,其综合性能优异,满足变压器绿色环保涂装要求。The manufacturing industry has entered the stage of transformation and up grading,and green environmental protection has become the concept of transformer de sign and manufacturing.The high solid and low viscosity paints belongs to a type of low-volatile-organic-compound-content coatings product.Its coating performance,con struction technology,cost,and other aspects are verified and analyzed by the authors in this paper,and its comprehensive performance is excellent,meeting the transformer green protection coating requirements.
