油中熄弧有载开关配置气体报警的必要性

摘　　要：本文通过案例和试验说明油中熄弧有载开关配置气体报警能有效替代油路堵塞和漏油情况下的缺油报警、避免油流速动继电器误动、发现过渡回通流电气回路和切换异常产气和管路堵塞气体无法溢出等,有载开关配置气体报警是有益的且必要,统计近3年325台运行情况,检出率高达0.44次/百台·年,验证气体报警有效性,避免了简单缺陷发展为故障,并给出气体报警处置和再提升措施,杜绝了漏判导致远超设备价值的故障损失。This paper explains configure the gas alarm for power transformers OLTC with the arcing operation under oil is beneficial and necessary with the case and test,the gas alarm can effectively replace the oil-deficient alarm in the case of oil circuit block age and oil leakage,avoid unwanted operation of the Buchholz relay,find that main contacts,main switching contacts,transition contacts contact abnormal gas production and blocked gas in the oil pipeline cannot overflow.Statistics of 325 OLTC working in the past three years,the detected rate of fault is as high as 0.44 times/100 sets of years,which verifies its effectiveness,and avoids simple defects into faults.This paper gives the gas alarm disposal and lifting measures,to prevent losses caused by missing judgment.
