摘 要:电抗器是电力系统中重要的无功补偿设备,在电抗器发生故障后及时分析其故障原因对于消除隐患、维护电力系统的稳定性和安全性具有重要意义。本文针对一起750kV油浸式电抗器色谱数据异常事件展开调查,首先采用三比值法结合离线色谱气体组分增长情况,初步判断该电抗器故障类型为电弧放电。随后停电将该电抗器退出运行,并运至检修基地吊罩检查,通过对解体后典型部位的绝缘纸进行理化特性表征及分析,精确区分绝缘纸上黑色痕迹的来源,精准定位发生故障的部位进而为查找故障根源提供技术支撑。本文通过分析电抗器绝缘介质的理化特性,精准定位故障的发生位点,加快故障分析进程,为后续油浸式电抗器的故障定位及诊断分析提供新思路。The reactor is an important reactive power compensation equipment in the power system.It is of great significance to analyze the cause of the fault in time after the failure of the reactor to eliminate hidden dangers and maintain the stability and safety of the power system.In this paper,an abnormal event of chromatographic data of a 750kV oil-immersed reactor is investigated.Firstly,combining the growth of gas components in offline chromatography,the three-ratio method is used for the fault type of the reactor which is preliminarily judged to be arc discharge.Subsequently,the pow er failure withdrew the reactor from operation and transported to the maintenance base for inspection of the hanging hood,through characterization and analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of the typical part of the insulation paper,accurately distin guish the source of black traces on the insulation paper,accurately locate the fault part and provide technical support for finding the root cause of the failure.By analyzing the physical and chemical characteristics of the insulating medium of the reactor,this paper accurately locates the fault occurrence site,accelerates the fault analysis process,and provides new ideas for the fault location and diagnosis analysis of subsequent oil-im mersed reactors.
