摘  要:绝缘油中特征气体对于发现变压器潜伏性故障具有重要意义。本文通过油色谱分析发现了一起变压器过热故障,进而结合电气试验,验证变压器内部存在过热故障。依据油色谱和铁心对地绝缘电阻的结果,进行了变压器吊芯大修,确定故障原因为施工过程中遗留异物引起铁心多点接地造成高温过热,避免了故障的进一步发展及扩大。对此类型故障进行了理论分析和经验总结,能够有效的减少变压器的故障率。The characteristic gas in insulating oil is very important to discover the latent fault of transformer.In this paper,a transformer overheating fault is found by oil chro matography analysis,and then combined with the electrical test,it is verified that there is overheating fault in the transformer.Based on the results of oil chromatogram and in sulation resistance of iron core to Earth,the overhaul of transformer suspended core was carried out,which can avoid the further development of the fault and the occur rence of the accident.The theoretical analysis and experience summary of this type of fault are made,which accumulate experience for the safe operation and maintenance of the transformer and technical supervision in the future.
